Return Policy
At Get Ousted With Us we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, applicable to customers in Australia, including Sydney. Returns are eligible for store credit only; refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from perfume or makeup residue.
• Swimwear must have the hygiene strip intact and be tried on over undergarments.
• Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
💳 Store Credit Details
• Returns are processed as store credit, which does not expire and can be used across multiple purchases.
• The cost of return shipping is deducted from the store credit amount.
🔄 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an item with a fault or an incorrect item:
• Contact Get Ousted with Us customer care team at getoustedwithus@gmail.com with photos showing the issue and the tags still attached.
• For minor faults, you may receive a replacement or store credit.
• For major defects, you are eligible for a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
